Born
Born in Masaka on February 14, 1984, to Mr. Segawa Haruna and Mrs. Nakayiza Jalia both Moslem Parents with a strong business background. Got Elementary Education in Masaka and graduated with a bachelor's degree in laws from Makerere University-Kampala.
Business
Started a Garments trading business in Kampala city with reasonable capital from his father in 2005 and in 2009 he founded Ham Enterprises U Ltd that later diversified into a Multinational Ham Group of Companies
Corporate Social Resposibilty
Got a presidential directive to redevelop and modernize Nakivubo Stadium through PPP. In 2017 Kiggundu demolished the worn-out structure of Nakivubo Stadium and started construction of the new stadium amidst several challenges and in 2023, he finished and finalized a world clast Hamz Stadium
